At Wehrve, we want your shopping experience to feel simple, clear, and stress-free. This page explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Order Processing

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

United States: 5–7 business days
International Orders: 7–10 business days, depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs, holidays, or high shipping volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.

You can use the tracking number to follow your package until it arrives. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not update right away, don’t worry — this is normal while the carrier scans the package into their system.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Wehrve is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to update your shipping details before the order is processed.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information first. Sometimes carriers experience delays that are outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we’ll help you look into it.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help review the tracking details.

In some cases, we may ask you to contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery information.

We will always do our best to help you find a fair solution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged product
A photo of the packaging
A short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution depending on the situation.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll review your order and help correct the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not controlled by Wehrve and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be able to request a return according to our return policy.
