30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused or lightly tested
In good condition
In the original packaging
Returned with all included accessories, manuals, and parts
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to accept the return.

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Wehrve Neck Massage Pillow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
A short description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another fair solution.

Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or your order is missing something, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review your order and help correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another color or replacement, contact us at:

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item you want is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:
Items damaged by misuse
Items missing original parts or packaging
Products returned after the 30-day return window
Items showing heavy wear, stains, or damage
Gift cards or promotional final-sale items

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you haven’t received it yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
